The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems.The role includes analysis of solving incidents (operations mindset), recurring issues and converting application functional or user reported issues into self serve capability for end users where possible.We are looking for someone who is solutions driven and thrives in working in a team to achieve overall service and project delivery goals.They will have a ‘Can do’ attitude and flexible to support other domains/streams or carry out other activities as the need arises.Strong personal resilience with proven ability to work under tight timeframes and juggling multiple projects in parallel.Proven ability to plan effectively and take accountability for delivery and complete multiple initiatives to improve the operational efficiency highly desired.Proven ability to coach and mentor more junior team members.Essential capabilities: Experience in support and development of functional requirements for Oracle EPM application suite (HFM, Hyperion Planning, FDM).Optimizing financial close, consolidation, and planning processes using Oracle Hyperion applications.Involves writing business rules and maintaining multidimensional Essbase cubes.Experience in FDM and mapping. Building integration scripts and automating loads for inbound and outbound interfaces.Experience in administrative and development tasks related to Hyperion Planning.Preparation of key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans and training materials for users.Additional Capabilities:System Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support for HFM, ensuring high availability and performance, handling data loads, metadata updates, and system health checks.Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Support finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes, including managing HFM rules and ensuring data integrity.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve HFM-related issues, such as data integrity problems, process failures, and user access issues.Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.Ability to provide knowledge transfer to team members to enable on-going support and train end users.Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HFM and FDMEE, with expertise in Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reports.Minimum 7 years of experience in translating master data changes from Oracle DRM (Data Relationship Management) to update dimensional hierarchies in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Including metadata synchronization, data mapping, system governance, and month-end close support.Experience in FDM and mapping. Building integration scripts and automating loads for inbound and outbound interfaces.Strong understanding of Microsoft Office versions 2010-2016.Desirable:Hands-on experience with tools like FDMEE, ODI, or similar.Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing HFM calculation rules.
