Role Description The Oracle EPM – FCCS professional will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service solutions to support financial reporting and consolidation processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, translating them into FCCS configurations, managing integrations with Oracle and non-Oracle applications, and troubleshooting system issues. The role involves collaborating with finance and HR stakeholders, optimizing business processes, preparing documentation, and supporting end users through training and guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely consolidation and close activities and to drive continuous system improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business process design and optimization, with experience in Business Process management within finance or HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in Consulting, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication, and end-user support.
- Experience with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications, particularly in environments that integrate HR, finance, and EPM solutions.
- Proficiency in Integration between Oracle EPM FCCS and other enterprise systems, including data mapping, validation, and automation of data flows.
- Practical experience implementing or supporting Oracle EPM FCCS or similar consolidation and close solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
