Job Description
The candidate should have strong knowledge of both FCCS and ARCS and be able to work in 3rd shift (10 AM to 7 PM CT) – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST).
They should be capable of connecting with the client to discuss all open issues on both functional and technical aspects.
Key Skills
Must Have Skills:
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills
- Client communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle issue discussions independently
