Job Title: Oracle EPM (EPCM) Developer
Department / Function: IT – Enterprise Performance Management
Location: Open / Hyderabad / Bangalore / 5 days WFO PAN India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation,
and financial reporting solution
2. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM applications (Planning, FCCS)
• Develop business rules, calculation scripts, and allocations
• Manage metadata, hierarchies, and data integrations (FDMEE/Data
Management)
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates
• Support UAT, production issues, and financial close cycles
• Participate in bi-annual Oracle EPM releases and enhancements
3. Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion
• Strong expertise in EPBCS / PBCS or FCCS
• Hands-on experience in Business Rules / Calculation Scripts
• Experience with Data Integration (FDMEE / Data Management)
• Proficiency in Smart View and Financial Reporting
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Consolidation
concepts
4. Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Groovy scripting and REST APIs
• Knowledge of ERP integrations (Oracle / SAP)
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification
