Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Support Consultant
Location: Pune, Onsite

Should be ready to work minimum 3-4 days from office (Hinjewadi, Pune)
Summary:
Organization utilizes Oracle EPM Cloud as its enterprise platform for financial consolidation, reporting, and planning, including FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud). The company completed its migration from legacy on‑premise applications to Oracle EPM Cloud in 2025, transitioning from HFM to FCCS and from Planning/Essbase to EPBCS. These systems are highly customized for Company’s use.
Objective:
The selected candidate will be responsible to actively work and support in:
§ Stabilizing, maintaining, managing, and supporting Company’s Oracle EPM Cloud environments.
§ Provide support for day‑to‑day operations, month‑end close, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
§ Should be able to work on enhancements and project‑based work as required.
§ Support a heavily customized EPM design, including complex logic and custom hierarchies.
§ Enabling improvements aligned to the company’s 2026 priorities, including performance tuning, hierarchy harmonization, automation, code cleanup, and documentation updates.
Skills Required:
§ Looking for suitable candidate with minimum 8+ year experience in below areas
Expertise in Oracle FCCS & EPBCS
Prior experience supporting heavily customized EPM Cloud environments
Ability to support Groovy, Essbase calc scripts, and EDM
Proven track record of EPM performance tuning and consolidation optimization
Ability to provide scalable surge support
§ Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
§ Strong experience and exposure working with global customer stakeholders
§ Strong experience working with multi-vendor, multi geo stakeholders from US, UK, Europe, Asia, Australia etc.
§ Hands on experience working in below technology/ process areas
