Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle Workflow to support development, customization, and integration within the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, experience in CEMLI development, and strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL for building scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Development
- Design, develop, and support customizations within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports for enterprise applications.
- Implement and enhance Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components.
- Develop and customize Oracle Workflow processes to support business requirements.
Integration & Middleware
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware for system integrations.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS and external enterprise applications.
Database & Performance Optimization
- Develop and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL programs including procedures, packages, and triggers.
- Perform database performance tuning using tools such as Toad and Oracle SQL Developer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in database queries and applications.
Application Configuration & Framework
- Work with Application Object Library (AOL) components for configurations and setups.
- Develop and maintain solutions following the CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration) framework.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS development standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS customizations and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Experience developing solutions using Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Experience with Oracle Workflow development and customization.
- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Knowledge of Application Object Library (AOL).
- Understanding of the CEMLI framework within Oracle EBS.
- Experience with database performance tuning using tools like Toad or Oracle SQL Developer.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS environments.
- Exposure to cloud integrations and modern API-based architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Oracle certifications related to Oracle EBS or Oracle Database will be an added advantage.
