Overview
We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Lead for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process area in Oracle EBS. This role requires a strong mix of technical and functional expertise (70% technical, 30% functional). This is not a pure developer or functional lead role.
Role Summary
The Q2C Techno-Functional Lead will be responsible for solution design and Level 3 support across Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, AR, and related Q2C modules. This role requires deep understanding of order flows, pricing configuration, fulfillment processes, AR integrations, and revenue recognition interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead solution architecture for Q2C enhancements, new interfaces, and workflow changes
• Troubleshoot complex OM, Pricing, Shipping, and AR issues at Level 3
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs
• Lead RICEF development: order interfaces, pricing extensions, AR invoices, conversions, and custom workflows
• Analyze Q2C data models, OM schemas, and relevant APIs
• Support integrations with CRM, quoting tools, logistics platforms, and billing systems
• Monitor order flows, fulfillment errors, and AR posting issues
• Validate technical deliverables and ensure alignment with Oracle best practices
• Work with sales operations and order management teams to support end-to-end processes
• Oversee test planning, cutover activities, and deployment cycles
• Provide technical support and follow‑up with product vendors
• Troubleshoot batch job and interface issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction
• Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling
Required Skills
• 10+ years of Oracle EBS Q2C experience
• Strong understanding of OM, Pricing, Shipping, AR, and fulfillment processes
• Deep knowledge of Q2C data models, tables, and integration flows
• Expertise with APIs, interfaces, and troubleshooting complex order issues
• Experience with Level 3 support, RCA, and solution governance
• Ability to collaborate with sales ops, logistics, and finance teams
