We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS Senior Functional Consultant (Finance) to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and a passion for delivering impactful ERP solutions, we’d love to connect with you!

Role Overview:

As an Oracle EBS Sr Functional Consultant (Finance), you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS Finance solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective functional solutions.

Experience Required:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications R12
• In-depth expertise in Finance module
• Decent working knowledge across SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, & HCM module

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EBS modules (Finance)
• Provide best practice recommendations aligned with business goals
• Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and user training
• Troubleshoot functional and performance issues
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
• Maintain documentation for configurations and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules: Financials
• Decent working knowledge of SCM, Manufacturing, Projects & HCM
• Good understanding of Oracle Application Architecture
• Implementation Experience with data migration, integrations, customer solution deliveries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA
• Oracle certifications are a plus
