Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Order/Project to Cash (Contract)

Role Overview
The Oracle EBS R12 O2C / P2C Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Order to Cash and Project to Cash processes within Oracle E-Business Suite R12, ensuring seamless integration across Order Management, Receivables, and Projects while aligning with business goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Order to Cash and Project to Cash processes including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivable, and Oracle Projects Billing and Contracts
- Act as the primary point of contact for O2C and P2C-related solutions
2. Business Process Design
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design and optimize business workflows including Order to Cash, Project to Cash, contract-to-billing, and revenue recognition processes
- Recommend scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
3. Implementation & Configuration
- Configure Oracle R12 modules including Order Management setups, pricing structures, transaction types, invoicing rules, AutoInvoice, and project billing configurations
- Lead system integration with Inventory, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Oracle Projects
4. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor functional consultants and analysts
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and quality outcomes
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with sales, finance, project management, and IT teams
- Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training sessions
- Provide strategic guidance on revenue lifecycle transformation
6. Support & Optimization
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Support period-end activities, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS, including at least 4+ years in a lead role
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Accounts Receivable, along with Oracle Projects Billing and Contracts
- Deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Project to Cash (P2C), and revenue lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience with pricing configurations, AutoInvoice, revenue recognition, project billing, and contract management
- Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow
- Experience with interfaces, data conversions, reporting, and integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Projects modules
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end implementations and global or multi-org environments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field, with Oracle certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
