POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle Module Lead

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Role Overview The Oracle EBS AMS Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite environments across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and related modules. This role ensures seamless operations, drives incident/problem resolution, coordinates enhancement delivery, and serves as the primary liaison between business users, support teams, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. AMS Delivery & Operations Lead day? day AMS support for Oracle EBS R12 across assigned modules. Prioritise, assign, and track incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem tickets. Ensure SLA adherence, right? cause analysis, and recurring issue prevention. Coordinate cross-functional integration issues across finance, SCM, manufacturing, HR, and technical streams.
2. Stakeholder & Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. Conduct weekly status updates, ticket reviews, and operational dashboards. Manage expectations, ensure transparency, and communicate risks & mitigation plans.
3. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants. Review solution designs, test plans, and functional documents. Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and AMS delivery frameworks.
4. Release & Change Management Manage minor enhancements, configuration updates, and patch impact analysis. Oversee UAT cycles, release planning, and production deployments.
5. Continuous Improvement Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and stabilisation initiatives. Drive knowledge management, SOP creation, KT plans, and documentation completeness.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-12 years of Oracle EBS experience, with at least 3 years in an AMS or support leadership role. Strong functional knowledge in at least two Oracle EBS modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, O2C, P2P, etc.).
- Good understanding of technical components: Oracle Forms, Reports, APIs, Interfaces, OAF, and Integrations. Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-facing skills.

Nice To Have: Oracle certifications (functional or technical). Experience with ASCP, WMS, mobile apps, or integrations with third-party systems. Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid support models.
