Location:Pune
Role Objective
Lead ERP and SCM advisory engagements, drive delivery-led growth, and establish consulting practices that align with client business objectives. The role focuses on creating value through ERP transformation, process optimization, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership:
- Set up and scale ERP & SCM consulting practice, including process mining (Celonis platform).
- Develop reusable frameworks and assets for ERP transformation and SCM optimization.
- Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, participate in RFPs/RFIs, and tailor pitches based on industry trends.
- Drive ERP consolidation, SCM cost optimization, KPI improvement, and digital twin creation for supply chains.
- Delivery & Account Management:
- Achieve delivery-led growth for key accounts by addressing problem areas and leveraging AI/GenAI use cases.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
- Thought Leadership:
- Represent Birlasoft at industry conferences and webinars on ERP, SCM, and emerging technologies.
- Publish white papers and PoVs on ERP modernization, GenAI adoption, and resilient supply chains.
