Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Oracle EBS/Fusion Technical Consultants across all levels specializing in HCM, SCM, Finance, and MFG modules. The position is based in Hyderabad, and candidates will have the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise and support, consulting with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting application issues, and contributing to solution implementations. Additionally, there will be opportunities to collaborate with teams to improve technical processes and support sales initiatives by delivering expert insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Consulting and Technical Support experience to provide expert guidance and assistance to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and client interaction to deliver exceptional service and offer technical solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion applications across HCM, SCM, Finance, or MFG modules
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse international teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced certifications in Oracle EBS/Fusion preferred
- Prior experience in analytics, BI tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus
