Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. The role includes analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing functional consulting services. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), implementing solutions for financial and business processes, and delivering user training to ensure effective adoption of systems and tools. - Oracle R12.2 EBS Functional consultant with manufacturing knowledge, Oracle Order Management, Procure to Pay modules.
- Extensive Knowledge of O2C and P2P modules.
- India Localization and GST experience is mandatory.
- Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team.
- Test and train the users regularly, communicate to the users the status of the enhancement.
- Report activity to the management and collaborate with functional support in other zones to share information.
- Strong EBS domain experience in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay modules. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders in the client organization to effectively support tasks assigned.
- Excellent understanding of full project life cycle and Oracle Implementation methodologies including AIM, OUM

- Min 10 + years exp in Oracle EBS Functional space
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business needs and identify effective solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present recommendations
- Expertise in understanding and optimizing Business Processes and workflows
- Experience in Consulting, especially within ERP systems like Oracle EBS
- Proven ability to solve complex functional issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
