Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced level development and support of Oracle EBS Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) databases.
- Work independently on development projects, enhancements, and support activities, including after‑hours on‑call and system monitoring.
- Design and develop Oracle EBS Financial Applications:
- Interfaces
- Custom Reporting
- Forms
- Custom Applications
- Data Conversions
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Delivery, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
- Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and validate system integrity.
- Deliver end‑user training and documentation for processes and configurations.
- Participate in SCM module support and customization to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional roles.
- Hands‑on expertise across Financials (FA, AP, GL, AR) and exposure to SCM modules.
- Experience in EBS customization and cross‑functional integration.
- Added Advantage: Prior experience as Solution Architect or Project Manager.
Technical Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) in R12+.
- Must‑have experience in EBS Finance Functional in the following order: FA → AP → GL → AR.
- Strong expertise in SCM modules (Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash) and ability to support EBS customizations.
- Proficiency in designing and developing data conversions, interfaces, custom reports, forms, and applications.
- Knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and integration with other Oracle modules.
- Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL for data validation and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, AME (Approvals Management Engine), and BI Publisher.
- Understanding of interfaces, conversions, and extensions in Oracle EBS.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and reporting standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
