Hiring: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant – Manufacturing
📍 Location: Pan India
💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules and Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 solutions for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering and due diligence workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with Oracle EBS best practices.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, configuration reviews, and design discussions.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Setup Documents, and other project deliverables.
- Support key user training, data migration activities, reconciliation, UAT, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant Oracle EBS Functional Consulting experience.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Experience with integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
