About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Chennai. This is an urgent opening, and we are looking for immediate joiners who are passionate about database development and optimization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications and data workflows. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex projects involving data migration, ETL processes, and performance tuning, contributing directly to the company’s technological advancements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess at least 4-5 years of professional experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. A strong understanding of Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) is mandatory. Candidates should have a proven track record of SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and database design. A background in data migration, ETL processes, and data integration workflows is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL scripts, procedures, functions, and packages to support business applications and data workflows.
• Implement and optimize SQL queries to ensure high performance and efficient data retrieval.
• Develop and enhance Oracle ADF components to facilitate seamless application development.
• Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transfers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and query optimization to improve system efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of database schemas, workflows, and development processes.
