Packages, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, ref cursors, collections, records, exceptions, object types
Bulk Processing: BULK COLLECT, FORALL
Dynamic SQL: Native dynamic SQL, DBMS_SQL
SQL Tuning & Optimization
Analytical functions, hierarchical queries, CTEs, merge statements, advanced joins
Transaction control, save points, error logging, exception management
DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs
Secure coding practices (SQL injection prevention)
Definer rights & invoker rights programming
Unit testing & peer review of database code
Data migration & production issue resolution
Integration with application teams
