Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Demantra Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Oracle Demantra implementations, including at least 5 successful end-to-end implementation projects, with strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Oracle Demantra implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Demantra functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle Demantra modules including Demand Management, Demand Planning, and related supply chain functionalities.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand forecasting, planning, and supply chain processes.
- Design forecasting models, business rules, workflows, and planning processes based on client requirements.
- Perform functional configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support integration activities between Demantra and other Oracle applications (EBS / Cloud SCM).
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions during implementation and support phases.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Demantra Functional Consulting.
- Minimum 5 full-cycle Oracle Demantra implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Forecasting.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain processes.
- Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules and Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Knowledge of Demantra integrations with Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience in global implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
