🎯 Responsibilities
Manage and administer Oracle databases in production environments.
Ensure high availability using Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and database upgrades.
Lead P1/Major Incident calls from the DBA perspective.
Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
Monitor database capacity and optimize system performance.
Work closely with clients to define SLAs, operating metrics, and service improvements.
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly service review meetings.
Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
✅ Preferred Profile
Strong experience supporting large enterprise Oracle environments.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud, Exadata/ExaCS, RAC, and Data Guard.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in ITIL processes, incident management, and service delivery.
