ROLE OVERVIEW
Owns all data integration and load architecture feeding FCCS and EPBCS cubes on an EPM Transformation Project for a US Energy Client, fixing full-replace load defects and reconciliation gaps. This is a hands-on integration build role, not a support or maintenance-only function; candidates without multi-source FDMEE build experience will not be considered.

Experience Req.
10+ years Oracle EPM; minimum 5 full-cycle Oracle Data Management/FDMEE implementations across multiple source systems
Education
4-year undergraduate degree (Engineering/CS/Math/Statistics or related hard science)

August 2026 (subject to program schedule)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integration & Load Design
• Configure source connectors: GL/ERP, HRIS/payroll (SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HCM), PPM
• Design import formats, field mappings, and complex member mapping rules
• Rebuild load restrictions to current-month/current-scenario-only feeds
• Design delta-detection loads to fix Projects cube dual-source overwrite defect
Reconciliation & Operations
• Build validation/reconciliation checks (balance sheet, intercompany, trial balance, HRIS/PPM)
• Automate variance flagging, error handling, and integration audit trail
• Script load automation and monitoring via EPM Automate and REST API
• Provide close-cycle debugging support across all load rule failures
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Oracle Data Management/FDMEE (import formats, load rules, mappings)
• Source system connector configuration (GL/ERP, HRIS, PPM)
• Complex member mapping
• Delta-detection/incremental load design
• EPM Automate scripting
• REST API integration
• Reconciliation and variance-detection rule design
• Integration debugging and log analysis
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory: 4-year undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related hard science
Commerce degrees (B.Com, BBA) without postgraduate qualification will not be considered
CA / CPA qualifications: supplementary credentials only — not standalone-qualifying
Exception: CA/CPA with MBA or MS (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Management) may be considered
Oracle Data Management / EPM Cloud Data Integration certification preferred
LOCATION & AVAILABILITY
• Remote — India, UAE, or South America only
• Minimum 6-8 hours daily overlap with USA PST required
