Requirement:
- Design and configure OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, and Carrier Communication.
* Technical Support: Provide functional and technical support for OTM modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* ·Experience: 6-10 years of experience in OTM implementation and support.
* Experience in OTM Cloud Migration
* Strong understanding of OTM modules, EDI, reporting, and transportation execution
* Certifications: OTM certification is a plus.
