Oracle Time & Labor Consultant
Location: India (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Time & Labor Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Time & Labor and Workforce Scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle Time & Labor modules (time entry, rules, approvals)
- Design time calculation rules (overtime, shifts, validations)
- Implement workforce scheduling (shift patterns, schedules)
- Integrate with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence modules
- Support implementation and production issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience
- Strong experience in Time & Labor configuration
- Knowledge of workforce scheduling
- Experience with Payroll integration
- Willingness to work in EST/MST time zones
- Fast Formula (good to have)
