Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in establish & monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
- Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation– Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions.
- Should have experience in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules, Transaction Process Management,Workflows/Approvals, Participation management,security,Import/Export,Payment Processing, Payment Plan,Dispute Management,SOAP/REST APIs,User Defined Queries, Formulas, Reports and Dashboards
- Be part of requirement and design discussions for global Oracle fusion incentive compensation implementations to review and approve Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design framework.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
