Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Supply Chain Management modules in Oracle Cloud. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end SCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support **Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure SCM modules such as:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Supply Planning
- Manufacturing
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide solutions aligned with business processes.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and configuration documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
- Provide post-go-live support and user training.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud SCM Functional modules.
- Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Knowledge of SCM business processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in **Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Experience with integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business / Supply Chain
- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred
