Freelance Opportunity | Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant (Remote)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Consultant to join us on a freelance/contract basis. If you have strong expertise in compensation systems and Oracle platforms, this is a great remote opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
🔹 Experience Required: 6+ Years
🔹 Work Mode: Remote
🔹 Timings (IST): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
🔹 Employment Type: Freelance / Contract
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC)
✅ Solid understanding of compensation plans, commissions & payout structures
✅ Experience in configuration, implementation, and support
✅ Exposure to Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle EBS environments
✅ Ability to gather business requirements and work independently
✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
