We’re seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert to lead US Payroll implementations in a multinational environment. If you thrive on solving complex payroll challenges and have deep expertise in US legislation, this role is for you.
🔑 Role Snapshot
- Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead – US Payroll
- Location: Bangalore (Remote Opportunity)
- CTC: Up to 40 LPA
- Experience: 7+ Years (Min. 2 Cloud/Fusion US Payroll implementations)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
🛠 Core Expertise
- US Legislation: 401k, 403b, 457b, Mid-Year Balance Initialization
- Technical Skills: Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL/FSM
- Process Knowledge: Payroll Tax Processing (Month/Quarter/Year-End), Parallel Run Reconciliations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in US Payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance
