We’re Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants | Sera Neon UK
Sera Neon UK is expanding our Oracle Cloud practice and we’re looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants to join our growing team.
If you have strong functional expertise across Core HR and other non-payroll HCM modules or Payroll, we’d love to hear from you.
📍 Location
India (Remote / Hybrid depending on project)
Salary: Up to 35 Lakh INR P/A
Experience Level 3-15 Years
💼 Role Overview
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimising Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions while ensuring best-practice implementation.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and implement Core HR and related HCM modules or Payroll Module
- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance during project delivery
- Conduct workshops, testing, and user training
- Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities
- Work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders
📦 Required Experience
Strong functional experience in several of the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management
- HR Helpdesk
- Other Core HR (Non-Payroll) modules
Or
Strong UK Payroll Experience
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Strong functional consulting background
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to run workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
