Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – Benefits (US Benefits Focus)

Our EGS Hub in India plays an important role in supporting client delivery and expanding our Oracle Cloud HCM services. We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant – Benefits with strong US Benefits experience to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and ongoing managed services for US-based clients.

This role is focused on functional benefits configuration, issue resolution, and direct client support. Work will include implementation support, open enrollment activities, and post–go-live managed services, depending on client needs. You will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and Elire delivery teams, requiring overlap with US business hours and a strong understanding of US benefits administration and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits implementations for US clients
• Provide post–go-live and managed services support, including benefits administration support and enhancements
• Gather and analyze benefits requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud configurations
• Configure benefits plans, programs, eligibility rules, rates, and life events
• Support benefits testing, open enrollment activities, and production support
• Troubleshoot benefits-related issues and partner with clients on resolution
• Collaborate with payroll and technical teams to ensure downstream accuracy
• Participate in US client workshops, design sessions, and recurring meetings
• Provide informal guidance or review support for junior resources as needed

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Benefits
• Strong experience supporting US Benefits (required)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and/or managed services
• Understanding of US benefits administration, eligibility, and enrollment processes
• Comfortable working directly with US clients and overlapping US business hours
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote delivery environment

Nice to Have

• Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits certification(s)
• Experience working in a global delivery or offshore consulting model
• Exposure to related HCM modules such as Core HR or Payroll, OTL, Compensation, etc.
