Key Responsibilities
- Undergoing Oracle Fusion training provided and proactively working on gaining the required skills for the job at hand
- Should be interested to work form Hyderabad office.
- Have sense of ownership and possess team-work skills.
- Take ownership to take on new work and learn on the job.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Can take responsibility and have capability to deliver quickly.
- Proactive problem-solver and Relationship builder along with good team player.
- Good time management skills with good overlap between offshore and onsite time zones (can work in shifts).
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Required Experience & Skills
- Qualified candidates must have a Masters or equivalent degree
- Experience or Trained on Oracle ERP – FIN, SCM, PPM, CX, HCM is added advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model
- Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideas
Additional & Desired Skills
- Experience in domain experience – Human Resource, Finance & Accounting, Operations, will be added advantage.
- Experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of would be a huge plus.
- Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, SQL e.t.c will be added advantage.
- Exposure to software development in Java and Object Oriented Development
