Job Title: AI Specialist – Oracle Cloud HCM
Location:

Experience Required:
5–10 years (with at least 2–3 years in AI/Automation within HCM)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation, machine learning, and Oracle HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions within Oracle HCM ecosystem
- Automate HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement
- Integrate AI tools with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management)
- Develop predictive analytics models for workforce planning and attrition analysis
- Build chatbots and virtual assistants for HR operations
- Work with APIs, integrations, and Oracle PaaS services
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify automation opportunities
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
- Understanding of HR business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
- Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience in NLP, chatbots, or conversational AI
- Prior experience in HR Tech or digital transformation projects
