🌟 Hiring: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant / Lead
📍 MNC | Bangalore (Hybrid, Pan India) 🕒 Immediate Joiners Preferred | 8+ Years Experience
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant/Lead to drive implementations and optimize Oracle Cloud Financials. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership in workshops, and hands-on experience across all core modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops on process, design, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Conduct virtual interviews and act as lead for talent/recruiting work streams.
- Advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, and configure application functionality.
- Support testing: design documentation, custom reports, interface testing, and conversions.
- Collaborate effectively with end-users remotely.
- Demonstrate expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CE & Tax modules.
- Apply implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile).
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience in a functional role.
- Strong knowledge of Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cloud Financials business processes.
- Awareness of Oracle Cloud Journeys solution.
