**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled **Oracle Cloud Demand Management/Demantra Consultant** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications, particularly Demantra, and will work closely with clients to optimize their demand planning processes. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, training users, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of demand management tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for demand management processes.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Demand Management and Demantra solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the configured solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of the new tools.
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting to identify trends and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Demand Management and Demantra applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and supply chain, to align demand planning efforts with overall business strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud offerings, features, and industry best practices to continuously improve client solutions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Consultant or Analyst focusing on Oracle Demand Management and Demantra.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in the areas of Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Oracle Cloud certification related to Demand Management or Demantra.
- Familiarity with integration of other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating training materials.
