Role Summary
ARAs Client is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Technical Architect to design and implement scalable solutions within the Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) ecosystem. The role involves leading technical architecture decisions, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust system integration across enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle CC&B architecture, utilities domain exposure, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-performance and reliable enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle CC&B technical architecture for enterprise utility billing and customer management systems.
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of custom software components.
- Provide technical leadership and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle CC&B implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards and development best practices.
- Drive technical decisions impacting multiple teams and systems.
- Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and system scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and integrations.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor engineering teams.
- Monitor project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and maintain engineering excellence.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing utility billing and customer management platforms.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong database management and performance optimization skills.
- Experience leading development teams and making cross-platform architecture decisions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Oracle Utilities ecosystem (OUAF, MDM, or related modules).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Exposure to cloud modernization initiatives.
