About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Applications Technical Lead to manage our technical delivery team in Bangalore. Reporting to the Finance Technology Manager, you will act as a bridge between global Finance and Technology teams, overseeing technical work for Oracle Financials and spearheading our transition from on-premise to Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing technical team and oversee all project deliverables.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with global Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Execution: Handle complex technical work related to Oracle Financials and lead new Oracle-based projects.
- Cloud Transformation: Drive the migration strategy from on-premise Oracle systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery and system reliability for global operations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integrations, and RICEFW components.
- Prior experience in On-prem to Cloud migration projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
