Oracle APEX Developer – Oracle & PostgreSQL

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Oracle APEX Developer with strong experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Oracle APEX and supporting PostgreSQL-to-Oracle migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX
- Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views
- Support PostgreSQL database environments
- Participate in PostgreSQL-to-Oracle database migration activities
- Build and consume REST APIs and web services
- Troubleshoot application and database performance issues
- Support deployment, testing, and release activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of database migration from PostgreSQL to Oracle
- Good understanding of query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD processes
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with OAuth2/SSO integrations
- Exposure to OCI, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX AI features is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise workflow applications
- Exposure to AI integrations or vector search
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
