Growing together.** Primary Responsibilities Research complex functional issues logged by business teams Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency Act as Liaison between business and technical teams and should be able to guide technical teams Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications Review test cases created by QA team and help them to provide full coverage to the test scenarios Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain technical teams' scope of work Status reporting for the projects Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in Power BI, Business Object Hands-on experience in various BI tools Hands on experience on data profiling and analysis Hands on experience of writing crisp and clear functional (source to target Mapping doc) and requirement documents Hands-on experience on navigation of Unix file system and profiling large data files using Python or SQL Good understanding and conceptual knowledge of Data Model and ETL Awareness of SDLC process Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams Proven solid communication and presentation skills Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities Demonstrated ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work and coordination Willing or flexible with the working hours as they needs to closely work with the US counterparts Preferred Qualification Healthcare domain knowledge
