Hiring: Retail Optometry Trainer
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA
Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new and existing retail store staff on optometry basics and product knowledge
• Conduct sessions on styling, customer interaction, and sales techniques
• Develop training materials, guides, and SOPs
• Visit stores regularly to coach teams and improve performance
• Identify skill gaps and implement training plans
• Ensure teams align with brand standards and deliver excellent customer experience
• Support store openings with pre & post training
Requirements:• Qualified Optometrist (preferred)
• Strong training/teaching ability
• Interest in fashion, styling, and eyewear industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with travel across store locations
