🧠 Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our retail stores. This role involves conducting comprehensive eye examinations, assisting customers with lens and frame selection, and ensuring high standards of eye care and service delivery.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed eye examinations and vision tests
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide professional eye care advice
• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
• Identify eye health issues and refer patients when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Ensure hygiene standards, equipment calibration, and clinical compliance
• Support sales by educating customers on lens options and upgrades
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
• Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom / Diploma in Optometry)
• Valid certification/license to practice
• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English (local language is an advantage)
• Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work in a retail environment
