Windows Infrastructure - Software Engineer

Within the Infrastructure Department, various teams collaborate to build out Optiver's intricate and dependable infrastructure layers. The team are adept at taking industry solutions and customizing them to create a best-in-class infrastructure. In this role, you will become a pivotal member of the team and drive our technology forward while ensuring the performance of our Windows based trading-systems. We are looking for a talented Software Engineer – Windows Infrastructure to join them and work across a host of challenges. Provide technical leadership, emphasizing technical expertise and stakeholder management; Offer clear direction and implement team strategies efficiently; Design, deploy and maintain a global configuration management system (Infrastructure-as-code); Develop and deploy hardening baselines, improving our security posture; Elevate our next-generation observability stack by designing advanced Windows monitoring systems that operate effectively at a large scale; Work on automation, build, configuration, deployment and administration tasks with PowerShell and Python; Fixing incidents, solving technical ad hoc problems, performance monitoring and managing the system capacity; Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to implement updates in our infrastructure and enhance support for general operations; Work with an engaged and motivated team, all experts in their field;
