We are currently looking for experienced Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative at Optimus FZCO, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business by promoting and selling our Patient Management System (EHR and ERP) to healthcare clinics. You will work closely with potential customers, identify their pain points, demonstrate the value of our platform, and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Patient Management System for potential clients.
  • Understand the unique needs of each clinic and tailor the sales pitch to address specific pain points, including appointment scheduling, patient records management, and billing.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with clinics and healthcare providers through outbound calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Provide consultative sales support to clients, assisting them in evaluating our solution and making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring timely follow-ups and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within clinics and healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies and sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices to effectively position our platform in the market.


Metrics:

  • Achieve a minimum of 10 license sales per month within the first three months.
  • Maintain a close rate of 70% or higher on qualified opportunities.
  • Generate AED 250k in monthly recurring revenue by Month 6.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher for the sales process.
  • Upsell add-ons to 30% of new clients within the first 90 days post-sale.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the healthcare or patient management software industry in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare clinic operations and pain points related to patient management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking processes.
  • A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or clinics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare software (HIPAA, etc.).
  • Previous experience selling SaaS products or cloud-based solutions.
