Responsibilities:
Primary duties include:
· Managing and supervising a team of parts associates, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
· Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts as needed to meet customer demand.
· Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of parts orders, including packaging, labeling, and timely delivery.
· Assisting customers with parts inquiries, identifying the correct parts for their RV, and providing outstanding customer service.
· Developing and implementing strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
· Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.
· Collaborating with other departments, such as service and sales, to meet customer needs and improve overall operations.
· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in RV parts.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
