Responsibilities:
Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include:
· Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories.
· Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.
· Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts.
· Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
· Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
· Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
· Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
· Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
· Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
· All other responsibilities as assigned.
