QA Manager

Manage QA Processes for Testing, automation team Manage a team of 25 member Manage multiple client accounts and their related test suites. Drive and Lead the Testing discussions with program stakeholders Experience in preparing Test project plans Participate in Functional Requirements and Design Reviews. Build and train a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation. Read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement. Assist in the recruiting process Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional. Provide technical assistance in automation and code automation if required. Specialized in analyzing Functional/Technical specifications and writing Test plans, Test Scripts, assessing and documenting the actual results against the expected results, creation of test data and automation of test cases. Estimating QA effort required and managing QA team tasks. Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspect of testing (manual, security, automated, stress, smoke, API and integration testing) Interfaces with internal and external stake holders as needed in understanding / prioritization / resolution of product requirements and issues, and to deliver new capabilities and support existing capabilities on the product over multiple product releases and feature areas Support triage, investigation and debugging of issues and defects. Experience of Automation testing using selenium with Java/Python from scratch Optimiser is a part of Glotelligence India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Glotelligence Ltd UK. • Knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models specially Agile. Should have relevant experience in testing for 8-10 years. 5 years of selenium Automation testing experience
