Sales Development Representative

Requirement:

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the graphic and web development industry.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and web development services.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for graphic design and web development services on platforms like Fiverr, UpWork, and Freelancer.
• Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role and responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the graphic and web development market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Regularly report on sales activities and progress.
