Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for an optical retail store. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing optical stores, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Ensure proper merchandising of frames, lenses, and accessories
- Handle billing, reports, and store documentation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in an optical store (Mandatory)
