Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tauru for an Optical Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable optical products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, pricing products, maintaining store cleanliness, and achieving sales targets. The Optical Sales Executive is also expected to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in eyewear products to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of optical products, frame fitting, and lens technologies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining inventory and store operations
- Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions and inventory records
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in optical sales or a similar role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to optics or sales are a plus
