Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Optical Sales Executive will focus on driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The individual will also collaborate with team members to implement sales strategies and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate product knowledge effectively, including an understanding of eyewear products and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, basic computer skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and contribute towards achieving common goals.
  • Previous experience in optical sales or the eyewear industry is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or higher education; a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
