Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OPT Recruiter specializing in US IT Staffing and Consulting, based in Hyderabad. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles. Responsibilities also include developing recruitment strategies, identifying technical talent, maintaining candidate pipelines, and building relationships with candidates and clients to meet staffing objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
- Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting strategies tailored to IT roles
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting best practices within the US IT Staffing and Consulting domain
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify qualified candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with OPT, CPT, and H1B recruitment practices is an advantage
