Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPT Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates within the OPT (Optional Practical Training) program. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and coordinating interviews. The recruiter will also focus on building strong relationships with educational institutions and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates, with hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle
- Strategic thinking skills to develop and implement customized recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and educational institutions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software
- Knowledge of the OPT program and visa-related processes is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
