About the Role
As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to lead the next phase of our product and technology evolution. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll be responsible for shaping our technical direction, managing a high-performing engineering team, and building robust, scalable systems that serve our growing user base.

What You’ll Do

1. Define and drive the technical vision and architecture of the platform
2. Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team
3. Work closely with product, design, and leadership to align business and technology goals
4. Establish engineering best practices and ensure a strong culture of code quality and performance
5. Own end-to-end delivery of features, services, and infrastructure
6. Stay ahead of industry trends to guide strategic technical decisions

What We’re Looking For

1. 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
2. Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
3. Familiarity with Go is a bonus
4. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCP, etc.)
5. Proven ability to build and scale high-performance systems
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. Passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
